Re: IRL Mental Disorders/Problems That YOU Have

Oh, it's not bothersome in the slightest. It's not a big problem, and especially right after starting, it was a bit of a relief not having that drive pushing me in a direction I didn't feel I needed. But after three years, I can feel myself missing out on that part of life. I'm still young, and it'...

Re: IRL Mental Disorders/Problems That YOU Have

- Depression meds remove all sexual drive. The only reason I ever have to battle the one-eyed yogurt slinger is because I know it feels good. It essentially turns it into a matter of will, rather than need. I'm sorry if this is a bothersome question, but I'm quite curious: why do you list this as a...

Re: Favorite girl so far?

Hm... Well, my favorite hasn't changed... Only thing I can think of to say here at the moment:
I seem to recall that it wasn't yet released at the time MIssing Stars is set, but I wonder what Jeanne would think of Kerbal Space Program?

Well, perhaps that's being saved for the game. :)

Re: Ask the Devs!

Aye. While of course I would prefer more (up to and including the entire finished game :)), it's enough to know that progress is ongoing.

Re: IRL Mental Disorders/Problems That YOU Have

As opposed to back in high and middle school, when I had frequent stomach trouble, was much happier squatting in a corner with a book than talking to people, and went through one memorable period in which I would only open doors with my feet. And once responded to a thrown ball of paper by chasing ...

Re: Ask the Devs!

It's fine. I'd agree that the setting is around the present (it can't be earlier than 2005, based on Jeanne liking Girl Genius as a webcomic and Wikipedia giving the date of first online publication as 2005-2-21), but I was hoping for a more specific timeframe. edit: Oh, and here's another question ...

Re: Ask the Devs!

My apologies if this question has been asked before or the information is easily available somewhere, but I have been unable to find it: is it yet known when Missing Stars is set? In Vienna, Austria The name of the school is St. Dymphna's Thank you, but I believe that you misread my question; I ask...

Re: Favorite girl so far?

Jeanne. We share a rather surprisingly large number of interests, based on her introductory blog post. Also, while I cannot at present recall what the player character's disability is, if it is not high-functioning autism (which I think likely), I expect that it will be interesting to get in her pat...

Re: How long have you been following the project?

I'm not sure. I've not been following it particularly closely, in any case (given that there's not been too much released so far to follow), but I seem to recall that the name was changed at some point after I started looking in on this.

Re: IRL Mental Disorders/Problems That YOU Have

Asperger's. I'm not sure just how severe a case it is, but I did become much better adjusted over the course of my undergraduate studies. While I'm still careful about the amount of gluten I consume, not what one might call a social butterfly, a creature of habit, and prone to not following the same...
