Re: Heart's Desire
I guess I should just stop making promises regarding the pace of me updating this story, shouldn't I? I might feel less guilty about it that way. As I said before, I've been growing ever busier over the last few months and much as it pains me to say that, in all likelihood I'm only likely to grow ev...

Re: Ask the Devs!
The story is set in the modern day. As of now a year isn't specified, but it might be later on, and it's certainly past 2010.

There's never been a real breaking up, to be honest. There's a lot more happening behind the stages of this project than you people might be assuming.

Re: Heart's Desire
Believe it or not, I'm not dead yet - and more importantly, neither is the story. As my work on Missing Stars grows closer to completion, and by necessity more demanding, the amount of time I can afford to writing this (and other) stories rapidly diminishes. But I'd promised to do to the best of my ...

Re: Ask the Devs!
This maybe be shooting way out into the future here, but I'll ask anyway. Will you disband like 4LS after you finish Missing Stars? There's a saying that goes "If you remove your boots before reaching the stream, you might get bitten by a snake in the grass." For now, I think we'd rather focus on g...

Re: Why do people give about self-harm?
I would like to add to Carlinea's informative post and mention that while many certainly do, not all cases of self-harm result from loneliness. People may also engage in deliberately self-destructive activities (things like wrist-cutting, autoasphyxiation or deliberately overdosing on sleeping pills...

Re: This Project as Art
I'm afraid that I don't quite understand what you're asking of us. Do you honestly wish for us to delve into the complicated and highly subjective matter of what art is or how it should be defined, that has been the subject of discussions, theses and works beyond number by greater people than us who...

Re: Ask the Devs!
Hey writing DEVs! Has collaborating with other writers forced you to compromise on your character(s) personal story? Is writing a visual novels different routes and multiple choices difficult personally as a writer? Finally has the way you've viewed your character changed from beginning the project...

One can only fantasize of the implied torrent of young and eager fans that would come pouring on that blissful day shortly after our release when a TvTropes page is created for this game itself. I've thought of making a page - I have seen them for unreleased works - but I decided to wait until at l...

* Missing Stars is set in Vienna. Have any of the creators been there, or lived there? While non of us (that I'm aware of) live in Vienna, many of us have been to the city, and our team includes a cultural adviser who's job is exactly to make sure that our depiction of Vienna, Austria, and Austrian...

I like many of them, but if the question is which one I like the most, I think I'm going to have to go with Neil Gaiman's "The Sandman". I'm a stereotypical geek like that.
Re: Oi, Gloom

IDF culture is absolutely inseparable from Israeli cu...
