There were some sporadic SQL (database) problems today that made the forum and/or yearbook inaccessible. They seem to be working now, but I'll contact our domain host if it keeps happening.

OK, it should be set up correctly now. PHPBB has some screwy permission setups (just setting group permissions would be too easy; I had to change all the forum permissions too)...

Only new users (< 10 posts) will have a flood limit (now just 5 minutes). Everyone else ignores it.

Sorry, I don't read this forum very often . . . the intention was to have only newly registered users to have a posting limit. Most users should be able to ignore the flood limit, but it looks like I didn't configure it correctly. I'll test it out more...
