I am posting here since I dont know where else :/

Is it just me or does everyone else have to wait for I dont know how long, but it is longer than 5 minutes between each post?

EDIT:
I think it is 10 mins :/

I have the same predicament (about the delay, not the being-a-spambot thing).

I really can't stay around for long enough to be able to answer multiple topics, and some of the earlier ones said that they had no problem like that :/

Post vs. PM test.

A minute after this post, I couldn't reply to this, but edit is OK.

I was also able to send multiple PMs to an admin between this post and my attempt to reply with no problem.

Edit: I was able to send multiple messages to a non-admin with no error.

Edit2: I have not been able to reply to this even after ten minutes.

Yes, however, PMs can be sent as often as you want regardless of what you have on the forums.
