Haha why is it that out-of-context vocal samples in languages you don't understand come off as creepy, when they're intended to be cute? xD

I know what you mean! I sampled a Sailor Moon bit from one of the Drama CDs and it came off more creepy than I wanted it to be so I had to tweek it a bit.
