OK, I'm just larking now. I don't mind Jeanne's "progression", as long as it's not been done for "progressive" reasons. Cuddly waifu is cuddly. I just want her teased for being chubby (for sadistic sexual tension). Fuck representation and all that SJW shit, I just want fetish porn and belly-roll fucking an interesting and thought-provoking story with interesting characters in an R-rated visual novel that deals with issues with respect.

I'd like to know about the other kind of progress as well. Like lines of script, etc. Old staff being replaced by new staff because the project takes an eternity and people's lives change is not itself progress it's just "we're not dead yet" and "we managed to regain what we lost".

BTW, is Jeanne still the among the shortest of characters or is she giantess in every dimension? Also, characteristics not related to their application to St.Nympha such as hobbies, have they changed a lot (not just for Jeanne)? Have there been major overhauls in these aspects?

Jeanne's still short, don't worry. As for characteristics, the only major changes have been to the Twins, which Kuroe has been working with since late 2016.
