Is such language really needed? One of the goals of this game is to have tasteful portrayals of mentally disabled. That r word is hardly ever used in a sensitive context.

You've got a damn good point which I fully intend to latch onto in order to sound educated and understanding. Going by my own family history...is any work that realistically portrays upsetting or disturbing ideas, incidents, or things insensitive or incorrect for their honesty? Like for my religious roots...was Schindler's List anti-Semitic for it's portrayal of the Holocaust? I'm Jewish, as it happens. One whose family lost...we believe 40 to 50 people to either the Nazis or the Soviets.
