I like the new look. It's more pleasing on the eyes. The name's pretty awesome too, how did you come up with it?
My guess: Insomnia -> Somnia -> Som.
Nova -> Well, either you mean "A star showing a sudden large increase in brightness and then slowly returning to its original state over a few months" (which is what I hope the team won't metaphorically do
), or some sort of word for 'new' or 'original'?
When I read the name, the first thing that pops to mind is the phrase 'New Dreams'. Don't know if that's what you intended or not, but...

Actually, Latin for "sleep" would be "Somnus". "Som" means sound, as in Portuguese (apparently, I don't speak Portuguese).
And "Nova" is Latin for "New" in the feminine form - "Novus" is the male form (in Latin, as in Hebrew, the vast majority of words has a gender attached to them. Actually, I think it's like this in most languages. It's just English that's weird).
