That's what happens when you're too busy working on a demo: you end up with no time for blog posts.

How would you celebrate Halloween with your favorite Missing Stars heroine?

Happy Halloween folks! Always great to see a new update posted and to hear that progress continues.

Also, my compliments to Kuroe for the excellent art.

That is an entirely unfair question, and you know it. That's like asking if you'd rather live without oxygen, water or food. You need all of them. So, I'm going to cowardly dodge the question. Seeing how it wasn't included in the (really awesome) fanart posted with the blog, I'm just going to hang out with the parrot and watch John Carpenter's The Fog. Pirate ghosts are awesome, even without avians.

You can always take the time to write something for each girl, if you're feeling motivated.

As I said, the cowardly decision safest bet was to go with the parrot. It can't easily express its displeasure with poorly made costume decisions.

On the backgrounds, Katawa Shoujo had mostly photo backgrounds here. Is that not an option here, does not match the artstyle?

We'd prefer not to have to, or at least use some modifications that set us apart a bit more. It's admittedly lower on our priority list at the moment in any case.
