I'll be honest with you, I really believed this was some typical internet death hoax that happens time from time. Sucks it's not RIP. I think they shouldn't continue RWBY as much as I like it.

I don't know monty oum who director of RWBY.(before i heard first time.)
But, his death is too bad news.
i think he is died because of previously-unknown allergic reaction. Of course, i am pity his died.

and rest in peace monty oum. And it's time to say good bye.

He died because of a previously-unknown allergic reaction to something in a routine medical exam. He went into a coma and died 10 days later

Well the awkward thing is Monty was a workaholic to the extreme.
And people often told him to get some sleep.

And.... well, you can see the reason of why people telling him to get some sleep is harsher in hindsight.
