As referenced in Gloom's sig, what's up with Worthington being on a leash, and did anyone get pictures?

As below, it was Beejay on a leash, not Worth. And I will leave the context of the matter to your wild imagination in this case.

...I'll bite at the risk of my sanity. Knowing that we'll never know WHY he was on one, just how EXACTLY did Beejay get on a leash, and how, more importantly, did the Devs ever find out in IRC? And whatever happened to Beejay?
