Thank god! Finally making some progress with this formerly doomed visual novel. And you're not catering to the weeaboos anymore with that horribly overused manga "style."
I am still concerned with some of your choices though. Why have you decided not to include voice acting? People don't bother reading anymore. Unless you change that, there's going to be a lot of spacebar mashing.
You're allowing too much discrepancy between the original artistic vision and the actors by including different ethnic groups, body types, and hair colours. The writers will end up having to compensate for this when their dashing rogue, Erik, is replaced by a short, flabby Pablo Sanchez! I'm not even going to get into why it's a bad idea for the heroines. The final baffling error which I will touch upon (only scraping across the error-saturated surface with this post) is the fact that you are even considering motion capture. Animated visual novels are spectacularly abysmal and there is no good reason to waste resources on one.

Fix all of that nonsense and I may consider applying.

Spacebar mashing doesn't seem too bad once you hear some of us devs try voicing little Austrian girls. Not fapworthy at all.

Given our new found flexibility and the changing demographics of Europe, there's no reason for our cast to not look like a Benneton ad.

We're still in a very experimental stage. We're considering a few things at the moment. If we like the results, we'll use them. If not, then we'll revert back to full motion video, which was used to great effect in interactive fiction classics of the mid '90s such as Plumbers Don't Wear Ties.

If you are going to be all artsy about this, then at least make a proper effort. Realistic 3D persons are sooo overdone, I mean you see it in the goddamn newspaper for Pete's sake. I was hoping for something more retro, like puppets or artwork influenced by collages.
