I just started playing Saya no Uta. Its interesting.

There is nothing to be afraid about saya no uta... there is no screamer, only a vast sensation of wrongness in what you read.
The musics are fucking awesome.
The only thing that could startle you is the ending of the Shapeshift music so I advise you to hear it before playing the game.

and if you can't bring yourself to play it that's fine since there is a playthrough on youtube (who skip the sex scenes, what would you expect)

Story: A bit like Katawa shoujo your character got a problem... Actually he is dead. Yeah, that's kinda a beginning. An angel (Fanuel) greet him but he refuse to admit his death because he don't even remember how he died. Then after a... sexual intercourse (according to her it's obligatory to do that but I'll only assume she's as crazy as the others, oh wait did I just...) You are sent a week in the past (or ten days can't quite remember) where you have to discover how you died.
Thankfully you have three friend who can help you discover the reason...

There is four Character:
Wazuka Kagemiya: Red haired girl with a big breast. She loooves knifes. And she got some epic reactions. Also overly possessive.

Matsuri Carnaval: Blonde, She looks like a loli, but she compensate her lack of brute force... By using guns... no joke. The MC promised to marry her... but he don't remember. also you don't see it on her sprite set but she as grenades falling of her jacket.

Fanuel: White haired angel, you fuck her right at the beginning... She got a quite cynical personnality. Being dead mustn't help much. I highly suspect she got "resurrected" with you since the games CGs show her without her wings. Also she got a loli voice in her H-scene, This was one of my many WTF moment while playing this game.

review: Oh well... This game has not really a lot of feels, it make so little sense and everything in exaggerated. but... That's quite funny because even without reading you can imagine what happen (like how the MC mistakenly headbutt Wazuka right after resurrecting).
Most things make little senses, Matsuri has at least four personnalities and carry guns IN CLASS, but mostly... ALL OF THEM WANT THE MC BODY, DEAD OR ALIVE.
Hell, Matsuri and Wazuka compare how many time they've spents after meeting the MC... counting by years, month, and hours. Holy shit.
You can make them slaughter each other, or make them get along fine.
You don't feel really sad when the MC dies... he is dead anyway.
Now for Fanuel, I don't really know but I think her route exist and is the canon one, I mean. she could be the real love interested and kill the MC then suicides herself to live with him in the other world. I don't know but to me it kinda makes sense... or not.

The musics are kinda cool, the menu music is the same as the trailer one BTW.

You can't really download this game anywhere since megaupload is closed, But I uploaded it on rapidshare for it not to be lost. I won't post it unless the devs agree with it, otherwise contact me either on steam or 4chan

If there's one VN which I want translated over all others, it would be Mitsumete Knight. Why is this? Let me list some reasons:

1. It's worksafe. The game was exclusive to the Playstation, and there was no 18+ computer game version.
2. It has lots of complex gameplay. Back in the '90s, there were more than a few console-original VNs, and many of them had simulation or adventure style gameplay.
3. And it has lots of plot. If you want to know more, read its TVTropes entry. The major spoilers are hidden, but you might not want to read far.
4. There was one other Mitsumete Knight game, but it's been well over a decade since it was released, and the franchise has been almost forgotten.
5. It's one of Konami's untranslated romance games. In the last few years, fans have finally made progress in translating some of their content. The first two Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side DS games and the original version of LovePlus now have full patches.
6. A few segments have been translated through Youtube videos, but as far as I know, there's no plans for a full fan translation.

So... I have this game but since I don't talk moonspeak I can't really bring myself to play completely.
This game happen before Sei Monmusu Gakuen in a house inhabited by a jorougumo (spider-woman), a harpy, and a cyclops.
This is less known than other games but heh... It has its own charm.
Sadly no translation... The one who could have done that is Rogue Translation who translated monster girl quest (should I post it there?) but he refuses as he don't like the romance style.

So yeah...
If you have a fear of spider you might not like it.
For some reason I suspect the harpy (or someone else while you're on harpy's route) of killing you in an ending but I've nothing to confirm it.
