2. Do not feed the ILY once the ILY is fed it will become dependent, then it will stop hunting, starve, and die.
3. The Worthington is a bloodthirsty monster, make sure that he has the restraints on before approaching this beast.

Alright, I broke down and registered.

While browsing the TVTropes page on KS, you guys were mentioned as a 'spiritual successor'. The website/blog had me really interested, but the forums really hooked me. I loved hearing how much research, consulting, and first-hand experience is going into the content of the game. That kind of authenticity and devotion is rare.

I guess I'm really interested in getting in this community because it would be really hard to talk about these things with people around me, but the games and their discussions should (or need to) be had, even behind, or because of, the curtain of anonymity that is The Internet. I'm not going say we're all a loving family, though the boards do show a remarkable optimism and sincerity (eels aside). I'd rather think of us as brothers-in-arms with a common goal and vision of making something as touching as the our first route through KS.

Reading the writers' fan-fics was the deciding factor that I really had to get in on this. If they can slug out unedited drafts of that caliber, then the final project is gonna be really special. (Gloom cannot be let off the hook of Heart's Desire, no matter how long since the last update or work in other material.)

While the blog updates are relatively frequent, the rarity of developmental updates is frustrating. But now I can be eager and frustrated with everybody else.
