So what do you plan on doing now? Celebratory trip somewhere? What's the future hold for Megane?

You know what? You're so sweet and friendly that you're making me seriously rethink abandoning Somnova's Forums for a while...Gosh, I wish I knew you better. :D
Unfortunately more and more studying til the final boss comes up. But once I finish I'm definitely going find something to do before ultimate responsibility a la full time job. Haha!
Thanks man! People are usually weirded out by my kindness because it's not so common in the world we live in today so it's good to see a positive reaction! I like the people here, I definitely enjoy seeing the process of this VN.

Ah, me, I'm not so special. Just an average joe trying to make it in life. :] I also realize that my reply is pretty late, hope you're still with us, friend!

And no problem. How'd your exams go?

Awesome!
My final exam doesn't start until a couple months due to the large spike in nursing graduates. So I have to study hard and attend group reviews until then. ;-;7 But I will carry on!!

It's refreshing to see simple, no holds barred friendliness and kindness on the internet these days. Honestly, I'm coming to expect this sort of decency and warmth on Somnova (if anything has ever reaffirmed my belief in the inherent goodness of Humanity, it is Katawa Shoujo and Somnova), but I still want to say I appreciate it.

I'm still here, alright, and I'm not really leaving this place. It's just been quiet for a while, the Dev Team is getting good and busy with making Missing Stars, and I've found other things to do with my time. I find that the developments on MS come faster when I hang around here less. And I'm far less of a nuisance to people this way.

Does the educational board in charge your education release information on what should be studied beforehand? I assume that SOMETHING is leaked to you prior to the test, else you wouldn't have any realistic reason to attend group study sessions.

Being part of the KS/MS community is like having another family. It feels nice!

Ah yeah very true, I try to louden this place up as much as I can by replying when I'm out of study groups, just so it wouldn't feel TOO dead haha! Oh awesome, are you doing anything athletic or musical, any awesome unique things you've filled the gap with?
Ah don't be too hard on yourself, man  . Every reply that any of us make is like a beat in the heart of this forum. Your posts count too!

Sort of, they tend to change the test way too much. Sometimes the strategies and subjects we learn during review become irrelevant because of the excessive changes, it's pretty much study and remember what you can. But the one thing that never changes in the test is the knowledge of proper patient care and lab values so I've been super focused on those. But when I'm in a group we just study the different systems. Ah, when this is all over I hope I can be like this guy: (http://i.imgur.com/m1ygOaV.png)

Why did you choose to go to nursing school in the first place? Weren't there any other careers that appealed to you?

Ah, caring for those who cannot take care of themselves tends to be my forte, and my friends usually referred to me as "the medic" because I knew what to do when shit hit the fan. It took a while to learn the lingo and fundamentals but I got it down when it comes to critical thinking, and that is what nursing is mostly about. I just care about human life, it's precious to me and everyone has a story which is the best part. Those old folks really know how to tell a good story. Sure there are shitty people who do shitty things, some shittier than others but it's my job. It's also really rewarding when they tell you how appreciative they are. Even when I was a student, a patient returned just to thank me and it felt really great.

Other careers would include cooking, which I'm pretty good at, thanks to my mother. I wish I had her gift of simply tasting things and knowing how to recreate it and make it better, but I know my way around the kitchen. Also, if being a musician would be a good paying job I definitely would choose it. I'm a pretty decent piano player, but I mostly excel in singing.

Huh, apparently you're a better person than I. I don't really feel that human life has a great level of intrinsic value to it; most of the worth I am capable of seeing in people tends to come from unique strengths or character aspects. Not that I'm that misanthropic, I still see human life as superior to animal life (well, other animals) and most people that I've actually had many interactions with I happen to like.

I'm guessing, given that you specifically mention working with older people, whom are more likely to be incontinent, that some of this shittiness is quite literal, no?

Oh, which school did you go to? South Puget Sound CC? I want to go to Evergreen to study literature and psychology, if I can get away with it. Granted, the amount of fucking hipsters and feminazis there is a tad annoying. The stoner hippies I'm cool with.
